The International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis - CIVP is the document proving vaccination against diseases as defined in the International Health Regulations.

Only people traveling with destination or stopover / connection in countries requiring vaccination need the International Certificate of Vaccination and Prophylaxis (CIVP).

 

PLEASE NOTE: This document is valid for life. Therefore, if you already have a CIVP, you do not need to request a new one.
