Free Shop purchases outside Brazil and abroad may be absorbed by the baggage exemption quota. When arriving in Brazil, the traveler is entitled to an additional quota at the Free Shop of entry into the country.

FREE SHOP SHOPPING FROM BRAZIL OR OUT OF COUNTRY
If brought to Brazil, they include the traveler's luggage, being part of the quota, the goods acquired in:

Free Shop stores out of Brazil or abroad;

Duty Free shops, catalogs and exhibitions inside buses, aircraft or travel vessels.

FREE SHOP ENTRY SHOPPING IN BRAZIL
The traveler has an additional US$ 500.00 quota for purchases at the Free Shop stores of the first landing airport in Brazil.
*** Children under eighteen (18) may not purchase alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, even if accompanied.

QUANTITATIVE LIMITS OF ADDITIONAL QUOTA
Purchases at Free Shop stores arriving in Brazil are subject to the following quantitative limits:

24 (twenty four) units of alcoholic beverages, observing a maximum of 12 (twelve) units per type of beverage;

20 (twenty) packs of cigarettes;
-
25 (twenty five) units of cigars or cigarillos;
-
250g (two hundred and fifty grams) of pipe smoke;
-
10 (ten) units of toiletries; and
-
3 (three) units of watches, machines, apparatus, equipment, toys, games or electrical or electronic instruments.
